"O" is for Owen

Not ours, but ours! Some may not know, however Stephen's dad and step-mom had their first baby (His name is Owen Robert Berry, born Dec. 12, 2007). This is Stephen's fourth brother and first one from his dad and step-mom. Owen is so cute! Sad thing is that he will be getting out of high school when Stephen is over the hill!

We love him and he gives us great joy when we see him smiling (which is pretty much all the time!). He is a happy baby and tends to love everyone. It almost makes us all wish we were that age and enjoying life from a childs point of view. He already thinks Stephen is either the funniest person alive or the dumbest (we'll go funniest).

He has his days where he spends it with our friend Jolyn. Joly takes care of Owen during the week when dad and mom have to work. Although, Kathryn (Mom) is going down to part-time with work, which will allow her to be with Owen more.

Waiting...

So, we are waiting right now! Not really sure where we might end up. However, it's possible that we will know soon if I get a job in the USHL or the NAHL. Emily is just as anxious to get moving, this way she can settle and get back in school. She wants to finish up in American Sign Language. She is the greatest women a man could ever ask for! I feel blessed everyday! Hopefully, we will finally get what we have been so patient for – and that is our first home (Wherever that may be in the world). It’s not easy waiting, but again soon enough it will happen.
